The stock DC convertor on the Sur Ron Light Bee can not take the higher voltage of the 96v 26s batteries.  There is no “off the shelf” solution that can do this with the correct connector.  The standard OEM connectors as used on the bikes are proprietary to Sur Ron and can not be easily purchased.

To give you the ability to run  your lights, we have had to take the expensive course of buying both an original converter to remove the connector and then add it to the new higher voltage DC convertor.  Its a very expensive way to do it, but you get your lights working and a power upgrade as well.

The new converter is larger than the original, but can still be placed in the space where the original was removed.  Locate this new DC convertor between the motor and the bash plate. Its a simple job and only really involves disconnecting one DC convertor and replacing it with the new one.  You will need to remove the bash plate from the bike first.
