Yes, we deliver batteries by international ground freight to mainland Europe only. Please read the individual listings for more details. Generally we remove the VAT from the item at checkout, which you will then have to pay when it enters your country inline with your local taxation regulations.  

Yes, we give free remote sessions for setting up controllers if you buy an aftermarket battery, controller or motor from us. For non-warranty or third party purchases, we charge a fee for this service.

Electric bikes are easy and fun to ride; no clutch or foot brake. They have brake levers like a bicycle and usually a simple twist throttle. They are light and quiet and often very fast. Being quiet they create almost zero noise pollution, so less likely to upset other trail users.  They are environmentally friendly, no oil or exhaust pollution and they cost fairly little to run, as you are generally tapping into your domestic electricity supply. No clutches or oil changes. These bikes really are fun and great to ride.

Installation tools are quite simple – mostly hex keys. We don’t supply tools, but in our opinion every bike rider should have a basic bike tool kit.

Warranty Policy

We give remote support by using modern Apps that can be downloaded onto a mobile device (phone, media pad). We then speak to you via your device while connecting to your controller or battery via Bluetooth.

We NEVER sell anything we do not have in stock. We pride ourselves for giving a fast professional service. We only use premium couriers like Fedex, UPS, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. Everything is sent for next day delivery and is tracked. Because some of our goods are very heavy, we normally ship these on the nearest Tuesday or Thursday after receipt of payment.  For big items we expect payment at least 24 hours beforehand. Unfortunately, because of increased delivery costs, we do get charged extra for shipping to remote places, the “Islands and Highlands”, and for these shipment we may ask for a small surcharge.

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of courier costs for UK mainland orders and include VAT.  For international orders we remove VAT and add shipping at subsidised rates.

We are an “Introducer” to finance. On each item where finance is available, there will be a finance link. This brings you to our finance providers webpage, where you will need to fill out your details. We have no part in this and cannot see anything you input. We simply get a notification with your name and phone number should your accept their loan.
