Battery Diagnostic Inspection with 2 Way Shipping Included

This service is for those that report a fault with their battery which is older than 6 months and would like our expert evaluation to estimate repair costs or possible warranty issues. The investigation wil include esternal examintaion, BMS interogation and only if necessary “casing lid off” to check the top of the battery where the BMS is located.

This service does not include the removal of the main battery cartridge, in whole from the external casing (the cost will be advised  and agreed upon should it be deemed necessay and aproximatly £75)

This service does not include any repair costs.

This service include shipping to us and return from us (£45 each way).

Fault Determined NOT from manufacturing – Not warranty: Should it be deemed that the fault to your battery is NOT related to manufacturing, It would not be covered under our warranty cover. We would then advise on a repair cost. Should you wish to go ahead with the repair, the cost of this inspection will be credited to the overall cost of the repair, leaving a lower balance to pay.

Should you not wish to go ahead with the repair, the battery will be returned to you.

Fault Determined from manufacturing – Is warranty: Should the inspection conclude that the battery did have a manufacturing fault, then the cost of this service will be refunded minus the cost of the inward bound shipping of £45.

We take no responsibility for any liability from shipping of a used battery. Should your item become lost or damaged in transit,  there will be no recompense from Electron Cycles. We can not insure damaged batteries.

Please note that shipping costs us approximately £90 and all our charges include 20% VAT (Approximately £30)
