Sur Ron Ultra Bee Ewatt Battery U8076 80.3V 76Ah is a monster range upgrade over OEM that does need an aftermarket controller. Miles and miles of riding. With the superb EBMX X-9000 power it can burst up to 45Kw.
Unlike others, we stock the Sur Ron Ultra Bee Battery here in the UK. We DO NOT drop ship like others: we do not grab your money and then pay the manufacture while you wait for delivery. We pay to have your goods sitting in our warehouse here in the UK, BEFORE you have paid. You don’t have to wait weeks and weeks and if there is an issue, we warranty them here in the UK.
We don’t make these ourselves, but we really highly regard the manufacturer – otherwise we wouldn’t sell them. The batteries’ are all CE approved and certified.

The battery is designed to slot straight into the bike and increase your range as much as 50%. As the cells are bigger, there will be less battery sag (voltage drop under full throttle).
It will also power after market controllers like the fantastic EBMX X-9000.

Regen & High Power Set Ups
Running regen on high power set ups can cause damage to both the controller and your battery. The motor can give massive power spikes if the motor is quickly turned into a generator from wheel spin and re-engagement (wheelies, jumps, hitting pot holes hard etc.). The battery is designed to give high power and BMS mosfets struggle to suddenly have such a large reverse current fed into them.
We have seen well known third party controllers give damaging current as the controllers become unreliable under reverse polarity caused by their regen settings. “Motor Off” and thumb regen should be set low or better still turned off. If you are running extreme power like 20+ KW (250A, regen must be turned off. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
