You send us the battery, we replace the connector(s) and ship it back to you.

The battery will be repaired within 48 hrs of receipt during working hours and will be sent back to you on the next available Tuesday or Thursday heavy goods collection, for next day delivery.

Please note this repair schedule is from when we receive your battery.  The repair shop is open Monday-Friday (not weekends).

The connector replacement does not include bike side connector – this service is for replacing the battery connector only – any new bike side loom that is required should be sourced separately.

Please note that the original Sur Ron D6 connector is not a great design and can melt if running too much power, especially if it gets dirty. We recommend upgrading the bike side to a QS8 loom which is available here:

You will need to put your battery in a very strong box as it is a heavy item. Please ensure that you wrap your battery sufficiently to prevent any damage in transit. We are unable to accept any liability for damage in transit due to insufficient or poor wrapping.

Should the packaging you use to transport your battery to us be unfit for the return shipping, we reserve the right to make an additional fee of £20 for replacement packaging.
