Sur Ron Battery, THE SECRET IS OUT!! (Now being copied by a big American battery seller), this Sur Ron Battery is a 67V 18S battery. More volts, more RPM, more power (V x A= W)
The Sur Ron Battery achieves this by utilizing the extra tolerance in your stock controller.
Some people are saying this is not possible without altering the controller. We agree that we do not alter the controller. But what you give the controller (power wise) can alter the output it gives out over standard through the reconfiguration of the cell series. More volts, more RPM, more watts! There is no trickery here, just the obvious that others fail to see, and get annoyed that we’re making it difficult to be copied. We won’t tell you how we do it, but the facts are real and genuine and it’s all quite obvious once you know how. We have tested these batteries on several bikes for thousands of mile.
Designed to run with an aftermarket controller like the EBMX X-9000 or Torp controllers.
Aftermarket controller is purchased, power levels can jump to 600 A phase and 15Kw of raw power! Controller upgrade and more speed and acceleration is available with HUGE range.
This Sur Ron Battery is not to be used with a third party controller set higher than 220A DC or 15Kw Phase 600A.
The whole battery is fitted in hand made stainless steel case designed to handle those inevitable and hopefully not painful “Offs” with hard off road rides and giving masses more protection. The casing is powder coated inside and out.
The Sur Ron Battery does not have an integrated voltmeter, but a voltmeter is included.
Specifications
Battery is in a super tough hand built stainless steel case designed to keep your battery safe in an accident and waterproof except immersion or direct jet washing at the cable exits. Designed to fit straight into the bike with our battery catch extension – included (will need to be removed each time battery goes in or out) or with the addition of seat riser (no need to remove the catch each time with seat riser).
These Sur Ron Batteries are taller than normal and seat riser really make the battery blend in and easier to get in and out of the bike. We sell the following to seat lift kit suit the new battery:

When connecting the Sur Ron Battery to the bike and to avoid a spark turn the red trip switch on the bike to off.
2024 Bikes
Sur Ron in their wisdom have changed the battery conector for the 2024 model. It doesent take as much power and very difficult to obtain. These connectors are not compatable with our batteries (or anyone elses). The simple work around is install a pre 2024 loom. Takes about 30 mniniutes. If you then want to run your OEM 2024 battery, you will need to purchase an adapater. Most people sell their OEM battry to offset the cost of this much longer range and more powerful battery upgrade. Please note, Lithium batteries are considered hazardous and due care and attention should be taken. Although these cells are in wide use, and professionally manufactured in a purpose built factory; because of the power of the battery, we strongly recommend that precautions are taken. We do not recommend charging inside the family home and charging should be supervised. We take no responsibility for misuse. These batteries are thoroughly tested (full discharge and charge cycles at the manufacturing stage and also pre-delivery). These are not DIY or amateur built devices.
* Warranty, due to the nature of use of these devices (off road) manufacturer warranty is limited to 12 months from date of purchase of the battery. Any damage the result of water ingress, alteration, may void warranty. Failure to comply with the correct connection procedure, may lead to damaged to the BMS and connection plugs and will not be covered by warranty. This includes shortening of cables and changing connectors. It is the owners responsibility to proof against water ingress and not use in unacceptable very wet conditions, or use direct water from hose/washers.
Warranties are not transferable. We do not warranty second hand goods.
